Typography holds immense potential to represent, recognize, and inspire meaningful change.

Typography holds immense potential to represent, recognize, and inspire meaningful change. It has the power to authentically center the stories, cultures, and histories of marginalized communities, enriching the narratives that shape our collective understanding. Our work is dedicated to making sure these stories are heard, honored, and remembered.

Every typeface we create emerges from careful research into genuine narratives and historical artifacts—from protest signs and newspapers to symbols from pivotal global movements, such as the Civil Rights Movement in America to the Tiananmen Square protests in China. By thoughtfully embedding these histories into each design, we aim to honor the communities they represent and bring their stories forward with authenticity and intention.

We see the challenge clearly: the design industry still struggles with a significant lack of representation and cultural diversity. This gap often leaves narratives feeling incomplete or disconnected from the rich tapestry of human experiences. Through our typography, we strive to address this absence directly, creating meaningful connections that foster empathy and genuine understanding.

Our typefaces are designed to inspire dialogue, bridge historical gaps, and celebrate the diversity of human experiences.

By placing marginalized histories at the heart of our designs, we contribute to a more inclusive, reflective, and powerful design culture.

A culture where authentic storytelling becomes the standard.

Typography, when used thoughtfully, has the power to amplify voices, strengthen communities, and build connections rooted in empathy and understanding. This is what drives our work, and it’s the kind of future we’re committed to building.
